BHP Training are a Social Enterprise organisation whose function is to create employment for members of the local community. We also offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs.
BHP are well aware of delivery issues and are used to delivering to a mixed client group. To counteract some of the issues we offer training opportunities at weekends and evenings to accommodate employers and employees needs.
We have developed a number of bespoke training packages for Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations including “Creating and Growing your Voluntary, Community of Social Enterprise Organisation”.
The aim of this course is to provide you with the information you need to run a successful organisation. It will enable you to manage all aspects of your business successfully including how to recruit and manage staff, how to identify your stakeholders as well as how to market and sell your organisation. The course will help you to increase your confidence and help to develop the strategies needed to sustain and grow your organisation.
This course is suitable for anyone working within a voluntary and community organisation, as well as individuals working to create a social enterprise and is particularly useful for attendees for whom English is not their first language.

As a Social Enterprise we seek to improve employment prospects by providing training and support to the third sector to enable them to develop and grow strong organisations at reasonable rates.
We provide various support packages including accessing quality Kitemarks e.g. Matrix. We are able to deliver Information, Advice and Guidance NVQ diplomas that up-skill your staff whilst also seeking to improve your organisational quality systems. As with our courses, as part of our Social Enterprise mission we offer preferential rates for NVQ diplomas to the Third Sector.
